Book onto our fantastic floristry beginners course in 2024!

After the success of running our beginners floristry workshops in 2023 we are extremely excited to be holding them again in 2024.

Course Details

This course spans across 5 weeks and each individual session is 2 hours long per week. We run an afternoon and evening session so that people who work in the day will still be able to attend. We like to be as flexible as possible and if the dates and times provided don’t work for you please do get in touch as we are very happy to arrange a time to suit you. We have given one to one sessions so this is also possible to arrange.

We will give detailed information each session and include helpful contacts and links etc to get you started on your journey!

Course dates

We are running 2 beginners floristry courses one very Thursday and one every Saturday each for 5 weeks.

October 2024

Thursday afternoon course

Thursday 3rd October

2.30-4.30pm

Master the Hand Tied Bouquet

You will be shown how to put together a hand tied bouquet using the spiral technique. We will guide you through the process and list the names of the flowers for you to remember.

You will also be shown how to wrap and present your finished bouquet.

2.30-4.30pm

Thursday 10th October

Create a Line arrangement

We will discover using different techniques and focus on shape and lines in this class.

2.30-4.30pm

Thursday 17th October

Create a wild table display

We will focus on placements and structure to create this design.

2.30-4.30pm

Thursday 24th October

Create a eco friendly table display

In this session we will show you how it is possible to create an arrangement without the use of floral foam. We will use other materials and techniques to build the design.

Thursday 31st October

Create a dried floral wreath

We will explore using dried materials to create a beautiful dried floral wreath.

Saturday morning course

Saturday 5th October

10am-12pm
